1. Dietary, Food Provisions and Medicines

Unless previously agreed and arranged Dogjogs does not provide food or treats (as there may well be special dietary or alergy considerations which need to be observed). The Customer is to provide enough of the pet's usual food for the duration of their stay (dog boarding). In case food supply is insufficient Dogjogs will provide at the customers expense further quantities of the same food.

If there is any medication that the pet(s) requires this will need to be defined and supplied by the Customer.

2. General Terms and Liability

The Customer will ensure that the pet(s) are up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments and will disclose them to Dogjogs if required and prior to any services being provided.

We are insured for Public Liability, Care Custody and Control of animals, Non-Negligent Cover and Loss of Keys (details can be provided if requested).  The Customer will be responsible for any vet fees. The Customer will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the Dogjogs personnel, other persons or animals by the pet(s). The Customer also agrees to indemnify us in the event of a claim by any other person or animal injured by the pet(s). The Customer will be responsible for damage (reimbursement of all costs incurred as a result) caused by the pet to Dogjogs buildings and contents. The Customer will be responsible for making appropriate insurance arrangements.

We do not accept responsibility for security of your premises or loss if other individuals have access to the Customer home during the term of the agreement.

If the Customer has given permission for the dog(s) to be walked off the lead the Customer will not hold Dogjogs or any of its staff liable for damage, loss or injury if the dog(s) run away.

We are not responsible for damage caused by a pet escaping because of a faulty lead, collar or harness or other equipment which is not properly fitting.

We shall not be held responsible for any damage to the Customer's property, or that of others, caused by the pet(s) during the period in which they are in our care.

Customers must understand that there is always a risk of injury to a dog that is placed in a Daycare or a Home Board setting, or on a walk, especially when there are other dogs present. As such Dogjogs and their staff will not accept liabilty for any injury whilst in the care of Dogjogs.

The Customer will make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your pet not suitable for the provision of services by Dogjogs, including behavioral or health problems, including aggression or incontinence tendancies or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the Customer to disclose any matter which might render the Customer's pet(s) unsuitable for walking or home boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement and the immediate return of the pet(s) with no discount against payment arrangements.

We will make every effort to contact the Customer in the event of an emergency and we recommend Customers provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact with the Customer. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your pet's health whilst under our control provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the pet and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon where obtainable. In such emergency circumstances the Customer will be responsible for payment/reimbursement of any veterinary fees incurred by Dogjogs and additional time costs incurred as a result of the necessary actions taken by Dogjogs.
